- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (divided)
- 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
- 16 wonton wrappers

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Stir in hoisin sauce and cook until done.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw, green onions, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
- Place wonton wrappers in the muffin tin to form cups and lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Fill each cup with the chicken mixture and top with coleslaw.
