  • 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (divided)
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Stir in hoisin sauce and cook until done.
  3. In a bowl, mix coleslaw, green onions, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Place wonton wrappers in the muffin tin to form cups and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Fill each cup with the chicken mixture and top with coleslaw.
  7. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
