  • 20 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread 1 cup marinara sauce in a baking dish; stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place them seam-side up.
