  • 100 g white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend brown sugar and lemon zest. Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
