  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce (washed and chopped; about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 large ripe avocado (pitted, peeled, and sliced)
  • 2 cups homemade croutons
  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (8-12 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado slices, croutons, and red onion. Add chopped bacon and drizzle with dressing before serving.
