Ingredients
- 2 packages Applegate Naturals® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (or about 3 cups cubed cooked chicken)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1/3–1/2 cup mayonnaise (Primal Kitchen or homemade recommended)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Chop the grilled chicken into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with blueberries, celery, red onion, walnuts, rosemary, and green onions.
