  • 2 packages Applegate Naturals® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (or about 3 cups cubed cooked chicken)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1/31/2 cup mayonnaise (Primal Kitchen or homemade recommended)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Chop the grilled chicken into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with blueberries, celery, red onion, walnuts, rosemary, and green onions.
  3. Add mayonnaise gradually until you achieve your desired creaminess; season with salt and pepper.
