  • 2 cups Panko crumbs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours) in a ziptop bag.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix Panko crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove pork from marinade; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Coat each chop in the breadcrumb mixture evenly.
  6. Heat olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat; sear chops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Add chicken broth around the chops and sprinkle with extra Parmesan before transferring to the oven.
