  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 11 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath, then peel and halve them lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise, Creole mustard, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, celery, and green onion until well combined.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Optionally garnish with extra Cajun seasoning or green onion before serving.
