Instructions

  1. Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender (15-20 minutes).
  2. Drain and mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning; cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side in olive oil, then set aside.
