Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 20 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- fresh chives and jalapeño for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with water. Boil for 12 minutes, then cool under cold water.
- Halve the cooled eggs and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and spices until smooth; chill.
- Season shrimp with remaining spices and sear in olive oil until cooked through; cool completely.
