  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  6. If desired, stir in red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
  7. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.
