  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Spread the seafood filling evenly over each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
