- 12 medium-large cremini mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2.5–3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
