- 1 pack (150g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Lower heat and mix in Boursin cheese and milk or cream until melted into a smooth sauce.
