Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Deli ham
  • Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • Toasted breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard and hot sauce (if using) and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and layer with cheese, ham, toasted breadcrumbs, grilled chicken, and more cheese. Drizzle with sauce and top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then slice and serve with remaining sauce.
