  • For the topping: 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed; lumps are fine.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. While warm, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
