  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  4. Warm the whole milk in the microwave; gradually whisk it into the saucepan to avoid lumps.
  5. Mix in heavy cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; combine well.
  6. Simmer on low heat until thickened slightly, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in cooked shrimp and crab meat; heat through (about 3-4 minutes).
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
