  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain and pat dry the crab meat to ensure it’s moisture-free.
  2. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Lightly coat crab meat with flour, dip into the egg wash, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
