  • 4 ounces canned cooked crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 7 minutes or preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, reserved mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Fold the crab mixture into the cheese mixture along with some chopped green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a small cast iron skillet and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Air fry for about 7 minutes or bake until golden brown.
