Description

Cranberry Brie Stuffed Chicken is an exquisite yet easy-to-make dish that elevates any dinner party or cozy family gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket in each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  3. Stuff each pocket with 1 oz of Brie and about 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce.
  4. Secure the openings with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  5. Season the outside of each breast with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
