  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced

  • Dried thyme

Instructions

  2. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and season inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
