  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk almond milk into the dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Coat each floret in the batter and then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Prepare buffalo sauce by mixing hot sauce, melted butter, and additional garlic powder in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
