  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by blending together avocado, cilantro, adobo sauce, lime juice, honey, and sour cream until smooth. Refrigerate until ready.
  2. Make the cucumber salad by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add sliced cucumbers, jalapeño, and cabbage; toss to coat.
  3. Set up a dredging station with flour mixed with spices in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and crushed cornflakes in a third.
