  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a crockpot, combine the cooked beef with cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice. Mix well.
  3. Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
  4. Switch to WARM mode to serve directly from the slow cooker.
