  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Shallots (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt and White Pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add lobster, shrimp, and scallops to the skillet. Cook until seafood is just opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
