DMCA & Copyright Notice

At Luxe Fork, we respect the rights of content creators and expect our visitors to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit takedown requests to our designated DMCA Agent.

As a service provider, we operate under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions, which protect us from liability for copyright infringement claims when we follow the law.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our site without permission, please provide a written notice including:

  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Description of Copyrighted Work – A clear description of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed.
  3. Location of Infringing Material – The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  4. Contact Information – Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (fax optional).
  5. Good Faith Statement – A declaration that you believe the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy Statement – A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

⚠️ Important: Under Title 17 USC §512(f), knowingly submitting false claims can result in penalties, including damages and attorney fees.

📩 Submission: Notices should be sent via our Contact Page, with email preferred for faster processing.

By submitting a notice, you acknowledge that we may share your information, including your contact details, with the alleged infringer.

  • Description – Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • Good Faith Statement – A declaration under penalty of perjury that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact Information – Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Jurisdiction Statement – Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where the service provider is located) and agreement to accept service from the party who submitted the original DMCA claim.

📩 Submission: Counter notifications should also be sent through our Contact Page, preferably by email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright violations seriously. We keep records of infringement notices and make reasonable efforts to identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers may be permanently terminated.
