- 1/4 cup 100% Welch’s grape juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 scoops Vital Proteins beef gelatin
- 2 tablespoons Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Vitamin C crystals
Instructions
- Prepare molds by placing silicone gummy bear molds on a baking tray.
- In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey. Heat gently until steaming but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin one scoop at a time until fully dissolved.
- Add elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals; whisk until smooth.
- Carefully fill the molds with the mixture using a dropper or spoon.
- Refrigerate for 15โ20 minutes to set.
- Once firm, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
