  • 1/4 cup 100% Welch’s grape juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 scoops Vital Proteins beef gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Vitamin C crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare molds by placing silicone gummy bear molds on a baking tray.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey. Heat gently until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin one scoop at a time until fully dissolved.
  4. Add elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals; whisk until smooth.
  5. Carefully fill the molds with the mixture using a dropper or spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for 15โ€“20 minutes to set.
  7. Once firm, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
