  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place a tortilla flat, layer with cheese, roast beef, and fried onions. Brush edges with olive oil.
  3. Roll tightly from one end and seal. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Brush the outsides with remaining olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. While baking, heat beef consommé with seasonings in a saucepan until simmering.
  7. Let roll ups rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving with au jus.
