  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  3. Preheat the broiler and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.

  5. Toast baguette slices under the broiler until golden brown.
