- 4 cobs of fresh corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Husk the corn and rinse each cob under cold water.
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine with minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Remove the corn from boiling water and brush each cob with the garlic butter mixture.
- Grill or roast the corn for 10-15 minutes until slightly charred, turning occasionally.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the hot corn and garnish with parsley before serving.
