  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Husk the corn and rinse each cob under cold water.
  2. Boil a large pot of water and cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine with minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
