  • 2.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 0.75 cup cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 0.75 cup romano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • parmesan (freshly shaved for best presentation)

Instructions
