Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown (about 6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for about 1 minute. Stir in honey and remaining black pepper; simmer until thickened (2–3 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the glaze.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Gradually whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth; season with salt.
  6. Add cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce; stir gently.
  7. Fold in the honey pepper chicken mixture until evenly mixed.
  8. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
