  • 1 pound imitation crab meat (flake style)
  • 1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and dill. Mix well and refrigerate.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  3. Chop the vegetables and crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, celery, onion, bell pepper, and peas. Add cooled pasta and mix gently.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir carefully to coat.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
