Instructions
- Activate the yeast by warming the milk, adding sugar, and sprinkling in the yeast. Let rest until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture; knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Prepare the almond-honey topping by melting butter and mixing in sugar, honey, and sliced almonds.
