Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 cup marinated artichokes
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup stuffed green olives
- 1 cup pepperocini
- 1 cup ham
- 1 cup salami
- 1 cup onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- Dressing: olive oil
- rice wine vinegar
- lemon juice
- garlic
- onion powder
- dried oregano
- dried basil
- red pepper flakes
- salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop marinated artichokes, olives, pepperocini, ham, and salami.
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a jar. Shake well to mix.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with all chopped ingredients. Pour half of the dressing over the top and toss to combine.
- Add chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese; drizzle remaining dressing and mix thoroughly before serving.
