  • 89 tsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder.
  2. Spray the air fryer rack with cooking oil and arrange wings in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While wings cook, melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and paprika; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
