  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound sliced corned beef deli meat
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • A pinch of paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the shredded Swiss cheese into 8 circles.
  3. Bake for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  4. While baking, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar substitute, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a bowl.
