- 6 tablespoons olive oil (2 for drizzling, 4 for the sauce)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook seasoned fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
- Remove fish and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and olive oil until melted. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and zest to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the cooked fillets and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
