Ingredients
- 450 g beef steak, cubed
- 800 g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 100 g bacon bits
- 100 ml sour cream
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
