Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 garlic cloves (freshly minced)
- 1/2 cup finely diced onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 12 rice paper wrappers
- Avocado spray oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, diced onions, and sesame oil; mix until well blended.
- Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Place about two tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrapper; fold in the sides and roll tightly.
