- 2/3 cup vegetable oil

- 20 Oreos (divided)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until well blended.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and pour two-thirds of the brownie batter into it.
- Layer with 12-15 Oreos and then pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- For frosting, melt chocolate chips with cream cheese over low heat; stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
