  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter; press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish to form the crust. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions using half the milk; fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add remaining milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip and decorate as desired. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
