  • 8 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat and add onion, garlic, and jalapeño; cook until tender.
  3. Add shrimp and crab meat; sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Pour in chicken broth and sherry, cooking until shrimp are opaque.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, flour, and white pepper. Add to the seafood mixture and simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine cooked ziti with the seafood sauce in a baking dish. Top with cheese.
