  • 12 lasagna noodles (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 24 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on one end of each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
