Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 1 cup crab meat
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 24 oz Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on one end of each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
