- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Take one noodle, spread seafood mixture on it, roll up tightly and place seam side down in the dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
