  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Take one noodle, spread seafood mixture on it, roll up tightly and place seam side down in the dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
