Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with foil.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sugar, egg whites, and flour; mix until well combined. Stir in vanilla and coconut extracts.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 20 minutes; cover with foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Toast sliced almonds and shredded coconut in a pan over medium-low heat until golden.
- Cool the bars for about 5 minutes; top with toasted almond-coconut mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
