  • 7 whole graham crackers (1 cup finely crushed)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 oz each), divided into rectangles
  • 12 large marshmallows (cut in half)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine finely crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Grease a mini muffin pan and evenly distribute the crumb mixture into each cup, pressing down firmly.
  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  5. Place one chocolate rectangle and one marshmallow half in each baked cup.
  6. Bake again for 2-4 minutes until marshmallows soften.
  7. For an optional toasted finish, broil for 1-2 minutes until tops are bubbly.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
