  • 34 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Sauté onion and jalapeños for 4-5 minutes until softened; add garlic for another 30 seconds.

  4. Reduce heat, add cream cheese gradually until melted; mix in cheddar, heavy cream, and seasonings.
