  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant. Return steak bites briefly to coat.
  4. Prepare the creamy sauce by melting more butter, sautéing garlic, and adding heavy cream to simmer and thicken.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth, then combine with the steak bites and heat through.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
