- 12–14 dumpling wrappers
- 200g (about 1 cup) ground chicken
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chili oil, for drizzling
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Optional: sliced green onion, for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Soften the dumpling wrappers by steaming or microwaving them briefly.
- Grease ramekins lightly and layer dumpling wrappers with filling mixture. Repeat layers until ramekins are full.
- Cover with foil and steam for 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
