  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray and cover it with aluminum foil.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the pan, layering with turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and whisk in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; pour over the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Bake covered for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
